Everything across the prior five episodes — Iria's growth as a bounty hunter, her encounters with Zeiram's relentless threat, and the bonds forged with Kei and Bob — feeds directly into this conclusion. Episode 5 pushed Iria to her limits, making 'Shangri-La' the unavoidable reckoning the series has been building toward. As the final episode, it closes all narrative threads without setup for further continuation.
