Invaders of the Rokujyoma!?
Oshimeter
Synopsis
After Koutarou Satomi's father is suddenly relocated for his job, the first-year high school student is faced with finding a cheap place to live by himself. Naturally, he jumps at the chance to move into Corona House's Room 106 for a mere five thousand yen a month. But while everything goes well at first, Koutarou soon gets a lot more than he bargained for after stumbling upon a mysterious cave while working his part-time job. The following night, Koutarou is visited by various seemingly mythical figures, all of whom claim ownership of the poor student's apartment. Among the invaders are Sanae Higashihongan, a ghost supposedly haunting the room, magical girl Yurika, alien princess Theiamillis Gre Fortorthe, and Kiriha Kurano, a direct descendant of the Earth People. But more importantly, each of these four girls needs Koutarou's apartment for her own reasons and won’t back down without a fight! Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? is a comedic battle royale over a six-tatami mat apartment involving supernatural beings, romantic high school hijinks, and a deceptively cordial landlady.

The finale doesn’t really tie up every loose end, but by this point I was already invested in the characters enough that I didn’t mind too much. The group dynamic comes together really well, and it’s nice seeing how far everyone has come since the beginning. It may not answer everything, but it still feels like a fitting place to leave off.
Things really start coming together here. Everyone's got something going on at the same time and it actually keeps you hooked the whole way through. A solid watch from start to finish.
This episode blends romance, comedy, and the usual chaos really well. It also gives Kiriha more focus, showing a more personal side of her and her dynamic with Koutarou, and it all comes together in a way that makes it a really easy and enjoyable watch.
This one puts Yurika more in the spotlight and shows a different side of her compared to before. It still keeps the usual mix of humor and group chaos, but there’s a bit more emotion mixed in this time. The contrast between the funny moments and the more serious tone makes it stand out and feel more memorable than most of the earlier ones.
This feels like the payoff for the whole theater arc, and it actually lands really well. Koutarou finally gets a proper moment to shine. Didn't expect to feel something watching this. Best episode so far. Watch this one no matter what.
Things start feeling a bit more heated in this one, with the group getting pulled into something that’s clearly bigger than their usual apartment arguments. Everyone reacts differently, so it turns into a mix of tension and comedy at the same time. Koutarou still ends up stuck in the middle of it all, which keeps things entertaining even when the situation gets serious.
Watching these girls try to put together a normal school play is exactly as messy as it sounds. Theia alone makes it worth watching. It’s mostly just a bunch of funny moments back to back. Pretty fun overall.
This episode feels like a nice change of pace, with the comedy taking a step back for some actual teamwork and bonding. A sudden outside problem forces the girls to stop arguing over the apartment and actually work together for once. The pacing works really well, and it also gives a usually overlooked character a chance to really shine. It’s a solid, fast watch that makes the group feel more united.
The classic “every anime has a beach episode” moment shows up here, but the chaos from Room 106 doesn’t really take a break. Even in a change of scenery, the cast keeps clashing in their usual way, and that’s where most of the comedy comes from. It’s a nice switch-up that still feels consistent with the show’s energy.
Yurika really stands out in this episode. Everyone treats her like she’s just a cosplayer, and that running joke works really well. The comedy around her hits hard, and she easily carries a lot of the episode’s humor.
Episode 2 was just as fun as episode 1. The cast’s interactions are really entertaining, especially how Koutarou ends up dealing with everything going on around him. The comedy hits well and the chemistry keeps getting better. Looking forward to the next episode.
I had way more fun with episode 1 than I expected. Things get chaotic pretty quickly, but in a fun way. The cast has great chemistry right from the start, and their interactions kept me entertained the whole time. It never really slows down or gets boring. Easy watch if you're looking for something light and energetic.
It's the end, such a sweet and heartwarming anime! The flashbacks really brought out all the emotions, making it a bit nostalgic. The flow of the storyline was perfect for the last episode, I really enjoyed it!
So good! The fighting scene in this episode was smooth and the animation was the best. I feel like it have the potential to be an action genre anime if the writer wanted to, especially on the fighting scene!
It was okay. The plot was more relaxing for this episode, no major things happened. There was some comedic moments to it, though most of the storyline were to chill vibe. Kiriha was a social butterfly for real!
Wow, it's so cool! The animation during the battle scene was intense. It really caught my attention, especially with the suprise element. The flow was nice, I just wished things turned out a bit different towards the end. Anyways, don't play with Shizuka!
OMG! It's getting so intense, where have the comedy genre went to?! It was amazing, I enjoyed it so much. The emotion through the plot and the animation on the magic scene really complimented each other. Yurika is my new favourite!
Wow, I enjoyed this a lot! The fighting scene was really refreshing to see in this anime. The animation and the drawing was also smooth, it was actually pleasing to the eyes. Yurika is the MVP for real!
I must say, the animation was actually quite nice, the transition and the movement was smooth too. It's also nice that they let each character shine in each episode, it make us felt closer to the characters. I wondered who that was at the end!
So cute, the friendship between them was heartwarming to watch! The way their bond developed and deepened throughout the time was smooth. It's quite an emotional episode, I'm glad everything went well!
