Another really chill, but highly entertaining episode! I like how they gave us very different and eccentric characters, each with really great dynamic when paired up with other characters as well! So far, loving the series✨

Episode Context

Coming off the resolution of Ririchiyo and Sōshi's rocky contract dynamic in episode 3, this fourth episode deliberately broadens the cast and loosens the tension, functioning as a bridge between early relationship-building and the more involved storylines ahead. Banri and Zange's introduction enriches the ensemble that will carry the season's back half. At the one-third mark of a 12-episode run, the series is clearly done with setup and is now investing in the group dynamics that will pay off as emotional and supernatural stakes escalate.
