The race was intense and Takumi realised that Shinji was the most difficult opponent since their cars going toe to toe

Episode Context

Following the stage-setting premiere 'Natural,' which established the matchup and rivalry dynamics, this second episode escalates both the physical and psychological intensity of Takumi and Shinji's confrontation. It serves as the critical middle act of Final Stage's compact four-episode structure, deepening the stakes before the narrative pivots toward the climactic third episode, 'Dangerous Scent.' This is where the final battle truly finds its teeth.
