OK so this episode went full healing romance on me and the princess having under a year left to live and begging for a potion to love the man she must marry is such a heavy setup to drop at the top. Then it slides back into tarte tatin and teasing and I am just sitting here holding both moods at once. The show is quieter than the first two episodes made it look and I respect that it is willing to slow down and let Rose actually process a memory of her mother
