Iinari! Saimin Kanojo
Oshimeter
Synopsis
When a shy, confidence-lacking Takuma stumbles onto a hypnosis app on his phone, paralyzed by his crush on classmate Megumi and absolutely zero ability to act on it, the story goes exactly where you'd expect from a two-episode OVA based on an adult visual novel by Courreges Ace. The premise is straightforward: guy uses hypnosis, ethical lines get blurry, and the show leans fully into its hentai genre roots without pretending otherwise. What makes it slightly more interesting than the average entry in this space is that there's at least a surface-level acknowledgment of the weirdness of what Takuma is doing — the setup frames his internal conflict before things escalate, which gives it a thin but functional romantic tension to hang the rest on. The character art from Keiko is clean and appealing, which is a genuine draw if you're coming from the visual novel side of things. If you've watched something like Kanojo x Kanojo x Kanojo or Aki Sora and you know what you're signing up for with that kind of adult OVA format, this fits comfortably in that same category. It's short, it's explicit, and it's not trying to be anything beyond what it advertises. Go in with the right expectations and it delivers on them.
