I wasn’t expecting to feel as much of a personal impact from this episode, especially seeing Eri being pushed by her family to find a job. It brought back memories of my own struggle being a jobless MF lol. But seriously, I’m happy to see Yuuka finally finding her rhythm and aiming for the Budoukan.
This New Year’s episode was pretty funny and heartwarming to see how everyone is spending their time. The animation and writing is still great on showing how idols and fans spend their time and what they want to do.
This episode felt rather weak and uneventful. While Yuka got some welcome spotlight and there were a few amusing moments, nothing really stood out or moved the story forward. Overall, I found it pretty forgettable and one of the less interesting episodes so far.
