Episode Context

Episode 4 sits in the critical early establishment phase of this 52-episode series, directly following Episode 3's implied first major defeat for Shou. This installment appears to serve as the immediate response arc, transitioning from setback to recovery and reinforcing Shou's core motivation as a competitor. It likely sets the foundation for how Shou handles adversity, a throughline that will carry across the much longer season ahead.
