I Like Myself.

Synopsis
In the virtual world of Tsukuyomi, Kaguya has one dream: becoming a popular live streamer — and her path there runs straight through music. This is a standalone music video from Studio Colorido, animated for the song "Watashi wa, Watashi no Koto ga Suki." performed by Kaguya (voiced by Yuuko Natsuyoshi), a character from the Netflix anime "Chou Kaguya-hime!" The song itself is a HoneyWorks track, so if you're already familiar with their stuff — catchy, emotionally punchy J-pop with a lot of heart — you know what you're getting into. The video follows Kaguya and her friend Saya Sakayose as they chase their dream of organizing a collaborative live performance with the virtual songstress Yachiyo Tsukimi. It's a short watch, just one music video, but Studio Colorido brings their usual warmth and color to it, blending virtual performance visuals with that slightly dreamy aesthetic they do well. If you liked the energy of "Carole & Tuesday" or the virtual idol angle of "Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song," this hits a similar nerve in a much smaller package. It works as a nice companion piece if you're already watching Chou Kaguya-hime, or honestly just as a pleasant few minutes of animation and music if you want something light. The self-love message in the title isn't subtle, but it lands.
