That's the entire premise of Saimin Gakuen, and it doesn't pretend to be anything other than exactly what it is — a two-episode hentai OVA from 2008 that leans hard into the mind control fantasy genre. Shinta is your typical overlooked guy who stumbles onto a device that lets him bend anyone's will. The first episode sets up his situation and what he does with this power. The second complicates things slightly when one of his targets, Midori, seems to actually be into him — leaving him genuinely unsure whether her interest is real or a side effect of his own interference. It's a small but interesting wrinkle in what could've been a completely one-note setup. The animation from Y.O.U.C puts a lot of focus on character expressions and reaction shots, which gives it a bit more personality than you'd expect from something this short. The soundtrack also does quiet work in keeping the mood consistent between scenes. If you've watched Gakuen Saimin Reido or Saimin Seishidou and want something from roughly the same era with a similar premise, this fits that niche. Fans of Saimin Jutsu Zero will also find familiar territory here. It's a compact, straightforward entry in the hypnosis subgenre — nothing more, nothing less.
