EPISODE REVIEWS

The final episode of the Kanya Fest arc, everything was wrapped up properly and Oreki did a two birds with one stone thing on the Juumoji incident. The episode revolves around the "haves and have-not" in terms of talent, the talented people who don't have passion and a talentless but passionate person who gets crushed while comparing their work to that of the talented. It’s a good thing that Irisu told Chitanda her own advice doesn’t work for her while Fukube realized what he was doing wrong.

Wow, what a big-brain analysis from Oreki—amazing work! That said, LET HIM COOK. I really like how he turned his advantage into a way to overcome their disadvantage. I’ve got to bow down to that. I’m really satisfied with this episode. Very enjoyable!

Finally, the end of the cultural festival. This is a dialogue-driven episode with confrontation, deduction, and confirmation. Expect a high-stakes pacing on how this arc will be concluded. Pretty intense episode.
