"100 METERS" centers on Togashi, a track prodigy destined for speed. As a child, his natural talent allows him to effortlessly dominate the 100-meter races. His life takes a turn in sixth grade with the arrival of Komiya, a transfer student with unwavering determination but lacking the necessary technique. Togashi takes Komiya under his wing, teaching him the fundamentals and instilling in him the drive to win at all costs. Years later, their paths cross again on the track, now as rivals. This reunion forces them to confront their past and reveal their true selves as they compete. The anime explores themes of rivalry, mentorship, and the pursuit of victory.
