Mr. Leorio is very serious on terms of formality it seems, and that is interesting. They have also introduced a new face, Mr. Mathew, Damn he looks shady to me.

The endurance trial turns things serious; it’s less flashy and more about grit. The episode steadily tightens the screws and suddenly the exam feels consequential. Expect pressure and character-testing moments that make you care who survives.

Now we're diving deep into the characters motivation, especially Leorio. I did not expect such a backstory coming from his easy-go-lucky attitude. It is also funny to see other examiners getting a hard time while Gon&Killua's just having fun and competing with one another.

This episode is light on flashy battles and focuses more on getting to know the lead characters, including their reasons for joining the Hunter Exam. What I especially enjoyed was the ending, where Hisoka boldly attacked the examiner to show his strength.
