Hunter x Hunter Episode 19

Finally the final exam. This episode kind a very brutal scene seeing gon beat so bad but his determination and will to fight is very strong, and hanzo give's up out of respect shaken by gon stubbornnes. The main highlight here is how gon's character is.

The contrast in this episode is surprisingly charming. What should feel intense and intimidating softens because of Gon’s innocence. His presence changes the atmosphere entirely, turning a potentially brutal confrontation into something oddly warm and memorable.

Things finally shift into actual fights with rules. Gon's match is cool because he's not just swinging you randomly, you can see him thinking and adjusting as it goes. Slower pace, but it works. Every move feels important and the tension hits different without being over the top.

I love the fight scene in this ep! Even though it was brief and the gap between them is huge, I still enjoyed it. The torture scene had me on the edge at first, but because of his unwavering will, he got Hanzo and the spectators to root for him and eventually win the round.
