Another new character is introduced without much of a proper introduction. This episode also serves as an educational tour of Hell, covering not only its different areas but also the overwhelming amount of paperwork involved. The work environment even borders on that of a black company, which adds to the series' satirical humor. As usual, the episode is packed with cultural references, but the one that stood out the most for me was the reference to Hoichi the Earless.
