A great finale episode — a wind-down from the highs of the war and now Souma is navigating a new city with even bigger problems to deal with. With the Gran Chaos Empire in the picture, things are about to get more complicated and interesting!
The season finale of season 1 of this anime. Instead of politics and strategies, this episode is more of a breath of fresh air and a well-deserved break for Souma. This episode also introduces some of the key players of season 2 and its coming arcs.
Felt calmer and relaxed after all the fighting in the war. I liked seeing how Souma’s actions were starting to affect other kingdoms, too. The moments with Juna and Tomoe felt warm and wholesome, and the political talks made me excited for what comes next. Season 2 is up next.
