It's not perfect, there's still too much talking, and the pacing drags in places. But Souma being out of his element is refreshing . The show has been leaning too hard into Souma is always right for too long.
Pacing is still slow but I love how they shifted from civil war to technological advancements and reconstruction for the kingdom. Also the new character Genia Maxwell's voice actress sounds familiar! Also I love how Ludwin kept apologizing! Comedic side is a win win. Though the episode is still a mid for me.
This episode contains a lot of new information outside of the kingdom matters, which can feel overwhelming and make use of the brain too much. But we get to see some development from Ludwin. Still a pretty decent episode for me!
