House of Five Leaves Episode 8: Deeply Indebted to Two People

This episode felt intense because of what Matsu did. It was also good to see Akitsu start moving forward after everything he had gone through in the previous episodes. It seems like every character carries a heavy past, which makes me want to learn more about each of them. The story continues to keep me hooked.

I love the soundtrack. It’s a blend of mellow and comedic elements that suit the story and enhance it. It’s like saying that just because a story is serious or dramatic, it doesn’t mean the soundtrack has to be melodramatic too. Regarding hiding their identity, I’ve seen this robber cloth mask before, and I’ve always wondered why it was tied to their faces like that because they look funny. I think the episode even highlighted that comedic aspect while still keeping the scene serious.

Episode kali ini screentime banyak terjadi di karakter yg bernama Matsukichi. Dimana ia merupakan karakter pendiam dan suatu hari dia berada dalam masalah dan organisasi enggan membantu nya. Episode ini adalah yang paling terasa seperti mini detective story di seluruh seri dan banyak sekali makanan yang muncul di episode ini
