Masanosuke witnessed something that helped him understand Ume a little better. This episode taught an important lesson about how people can change over time. I like how the story develops its characters little by little. The writing continues to be thoughtful and engaging.
I like how the story transitions here. The result of Senkichi’s actions is pretty obvious, but there’s still excitement in watching a specific scene you’ve been looking forward to finally happen and being able to say, “Damn right.”
