EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off Episode 11's magical tension around the ribbon itself, Episode 12 pivots away from fantasy stakes and toward the emotional core of the series — Himeko's relationships and self-discovery. Sitting at roughly the one-fifth mark of the 61-episode run, this is an early but meaningful beat in the slow build of Himeko and Daichi's dynamic. It sets the stage for what's ahead in Episode 13, which introduces new characters and broadens the cast.
