Ngl this OVA was actually such a comfy comeback for the Harekaze crew. The moment everyone started interacting again, the vibes instantly felt chaotic but wholesome at the same time. Fr it’s way more chill than the main series, but that honestly makes the character moments slap even harder. Watching the girls just vibe around the ship without constant life-or-death tension everywhere felt super refreshing. The comedy is lowkey underrated too because the cast chemistry feels so natural now. Deadass felt like the anime was saying “yo just relax and have fun with the crew again,” and it totally worked for me.
