📖 SYNOPSIS
"High School Fleet" is set in a world where tectonic shifts have submerged much of Japan, transforming it into a maritime nation. Young women dream of becoming Blue Mermaids, skilled protectors of the seas. Akeno Misaki and Moeka China, childhood friends, reunite at Yokosuka Girls' Marine High School to pursue this dream. They join other aspiring Blue Mermaids, participating in training exercises and eventually taking command of their own ships and crews. Akeno captains the destroyer Harekaze, fostering camaraderie among her crew. However, the crew soon faces unexpected engine and navigation failures, leaving them stranded and in danger. The series follows the Harekaze's crew as they navigate treacherous waters and overcome obstacles on their journey to become fully-fledged Blue Mermaids.
