This episode gave us a lot more insight into Akeno as we learn more about her and her past and Issei also gains something thhat is sure to help him in the future. Less action here but still a good episode.

Woaaaah new team joined with Issei's harem i guess hahahaha. The atmosphere at the last scene was getting more serious. Four High Supernatural beings had a meeting to addressed the peace unity of each races and to prevent a war. nice nice

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 10 of 12, this lands squarely in the pre-climax phase where DxD New shifts from Gasper's introduction and integration into the group toward the high-stakes Leaders' Summit that will define the season's endgame. The previous episode established Gasper as a new junior member needing guidance, and this one deepens those bonds while layering in Issei and Akeno's relationship development. Everything here is deliberate setup, the character connections forged now will matter when the final two episodes raise the stakes significantly.
