EPISODE REVIEWS

Episode Context

As the series opener, this episode carries the full weight of first impressions, establishing Melody's personality, her reincarnated circumstances, and the otome game world she's cheerfully ignoring. There is no prior episode to build from, so everything here is foundational. What it sets up is the central comedic engine of the season: a world expecting a heroine, and a protagonist who just wants to be the best maid in history.
