If you can’t handle blood, beheading or anything related to killing people in the most gruesome ways, this anime isn’t for you. However, if you’re able to handle it. Then try watching this, especially when you think you’ll relate to the MC. “ Why can’t I die?” “ Why won’t I die?”

The beginning of hells paradise had a very interesting way of portraying hero's character and giving a quick glimpse of how quick paced the series is going with the story. Graphic was is good.

Amazing first episode to bring us into the world of hell's paradise. Dark and creepy at the same time. Keeps me at the edge of my seat.

Hell's Paradise is an exciting story, set in a world of immortals and assassins, featuring Gabimaru, a shinobi who has the ability to be immortal and control death, and his struggle against death and his desire to survive. The story is full of darkness and emotions.

Solid first episode, filled with twists, action and a sense of humour, but also suggests a series that's keen to emphasise its characters above all else. This is a pretty fantastic setup for this story, I I'm highly on board for the rest of the season.

You will be captivated by Episode 1. It doesn't spend time on filler history or gradual building. Rather, it establishes the mood: somber, aggressive, and pensive. The episode subtly poses important concerns, such as whether murderers are deserving of atonement.

It is a solid start. Gabimaru is already giving unbeatable strong MC, and the introduction of his wife was cherry on top. I sense heavy character development incoming, Really excited to see the rest of the episodes. 9/10, would recommend!!

The animation is on point, as expected from MAPPA. It can be disturbing to some, as it includes beheadings, blood, and executions. The fight between Gabimaru and Sagiri is especially gripping, since she’s able to figure out why he can’t die.

Ep 1 typically starts with Gabimaru's life and how should the people deal with him as a bad guy which was much detailed for the first ep. This ep mostly shows about him and also intros about the goal of the story. The ambiance is a bit dark and gore which correlates his misery.
