Episode Context

Coming off Episode 5's dive into the school's Seven Mysteries, this episode pivots to introduce Kyōsuke Tamamo as a significant new force in Nube's world, marking the first real sense of a rival threat rather than a contained supernatural incident. It's an early turning point in a 49-episode run, establishing that the series has long-term antagonistic threads to pull. Episode 7 picks up the tension directly, setting Nube's Demon's Hand against Tamamo's Flame Ring Tail in a confrontation this episode carefully builds toward.
