Episode Context

Coming off an emotionally charged episode centered on Yukime's survival, this installment offers a tonal reset, stepping back from high-stakes drama into a more contained, horror-anthology-style format. It sits in the final stretch of the series, functioning as a suspenseful breather before the show pushes toward its endgame. The ghost story framing keeps things grounded in the series' roots while quietly setting the stage for the darker, more consequential episodes ahead.
