We finally get Hajime's backstory, which also meant Tsugumi's by proxy. I did not expect their backstory to be this heartbreaking, but it is. I feel like the main revenge plot tied up nicely as it felt more incorporated to the main plot of this episode, which is about Hajime and Tsugumi. But the mystery about Enma got thicker as we open Hajime up. Hoping the next episode we'll get to see other charaters as well!

The episode focuses on Hajime and Tsugumi's backstory. 😢 Make me feel sad for Tsugumi — such a kind and nice kid. Overall - it's an emotional episode, 9/10.

Oh my gosh! This is so mindblowing! The lore was really good, it was narrated perfectly. I like how it is incorporated in the case. I kind of understand Hajime’s mindset but I somehow relate to Tsugumi. I learned some life lessons and also enjoyed the animation.
