The anime still using the same one episode per-story format, as we follow a different girl than before who used the hell link. I feel like the story really picked up on the creppy factor with this stalker story. But what surprise me is the animation studio is from Studio Deen, which is an okay animation studio, but this animation would definitely blow my mind in that era, with the lighting and smooth little animation. Great episode!
