Hayate the Combat Butler

Hayate Ayasaki's already difficult life is upended when his parents' irresponsibility leaves him in debt to the Yakuza. Desperate, he attempts to kidnap the eccentric heiress Nagi Sanzenin for ransom. However, his plan backfires, and he ends up rescuing Nagi from other kidnappers. Impressed by his actions, Nagi hires Hayate as her butler. Now, Hayate must learn the ropes of his new profession while dealing with the challenges of working for a wealthy family. He faces on-the-job training and the possibility of a romantic relationship with Nagi, all while trying to survive his new, unpredictable life.
