Where Episode 1 established Azusa's summoning and initial disorientation in Kyou, Episode 2 consolidates those relationships and gestures toward the larger conflict with the demon Akuram — essentially serving as both a midpoint and a closing chapter, leaving the broader Harukanaru Toki no Naka de story to its parent series.
