Shizuki arriving like a dark horse to cause chaos with Mizuki and Izumi's lives has been foreshadowed before, but I honestly like how the anime approaches this event as straightforward and as funny as possible.

Mizuki’s brother is such an ikemen! This episode starts chaotic but hilarious because of Shizuki’s sudden visit. Then the tension turns more emotional, but Izumi and Mizuki’s bond keeps getting stronger, and they’re really there for each other through every challenge.

Episode Context

Episode 5 tested Mizuki's sense of belonging among her peers, and Episode 6 pivots inward by challenging her secret from the family side, raising the personal cost of her deception right at the season's midpoint. This marks a turning point where the show begins layering external threats onto Mizuki's disguise beyond just school dynamics. It directly sets the stage for Episode 7, 'Because I'm a Guy!', which escalates the identity pressures and shifts focus back to the evolving relationships within the academy.
