Some might say it's plot contrivance but Nice's finding a way to defeat him actually makes sense, but there was a lack of tension or fleshing out of his character beforehand. Moral has been such a consistently good villain and was flesh out better that makes his downfall great

The final takeaway for the episode is that it’s one of the biggest cliffhangers in anime. The ultimate climax is when Art and Nice have their final confrontation on the rooftop. My opinion about the graphics is that the final shot is haunting and visually perfect for the ending.
