Shows Yokohama falling deeper into chaos as fear of Minimum Holders spreads everywhere. The darker atmosphere, emotional moments with Three and Honey, and Nice slowly suspecting Professor Moral make the episode feel tense and serious almost the whole way through, you want more!

The frustration of a tragedy being made in real time is every bit as heartbreaking as I imagined. It is one of the worst scenario. All the while, Nice's internal struggle is only subtly hinted but not shared, which is a curious hook to write.

My interpretation of the episode is that the "Moral" threat is getting way too close to home. The best part is when the team discovers a major betrayal within the police force. My opinion about the graphics is that the villain's twisted expressions are drawn perfectly.
