📖 SYNOPSIS

The story of ".hack//G.U. Returner" begins with characters from the .hack//G.U. games and .hack//Roots receiving an email from Ovan. This message prompts them to gather at the Hidden Forbidden Festival, a mysterious summer festival held within the virtual world of The World. Upon arriving, they encounter an AIDA, a digital anomaly, named Chim Chim. Chim Chim expresses a desire for peaceful coexistence with the other players. The AIDA then undergoes a transformation, displaying the word "Returner." This event leads the assembled players to believe that Ovan's return to The World is imminent, setting the stage for further developments.
