This was definitely better than the last one in terms of pacing and direction, despite being almost similar in terms of simplicity. The action was good if only for feeling a little stale due to the animation not being up to par. Though it is a shame that this show is episodic in nature rather than following a plot using the characters we know of so far - unless that's the goal of the first season.
