So I was expecting this show to be a highschool slice of life with a twist of war but the war and action felt like a minor subplot. The war wasn't really much of a threat here and I felt like they have just forgotten about it. They are much more focused on the small, personal moments of our characters and how they cope during this war but that was just too boring for me especially considering the fact that they are drafted soldiers.
