EPISODE REVIEWS

I like that Mizuka is getting her character development and that is continuing from last week. I do find the conflict with the Sumeragi group a little bit forced, but I feel like that might be because of little screen time for them.

Black Lotus quitting just because he got older and ruining Mizuka's whole world makes my blood boil She was just a kid who wanted to perform with her family

Episode Context

Episode 6 opened a significant chapter by surfacing Mizuka's ties to the Lotus Circus and bringing Mitcher directly into the Sunflower Circus's orbit. Episode 7 follows that confrontation immediately, using the fallout to dig into Mizuka's complicated relationship with circus performance while also introducing a fresh threat to the troupe's stability. Together, these episodes form a turning point that reframes Mizuka's role in the group and pushes the season toward higher personal and professional stakes.
