Episode Context

After the premiere established Mizuka Tsurumaki's reluctant connection to the Sunflower Circus, this episode shifts focus to Ouka Kawasumi's motivation and the troupe's immediate survival pressures. Kasumi Shirahama's perspective deepens that focus, and the groundwork laid here leads into the next episode's preparation to face Shiny Lavender.
