This episode relies entirely on communication and team integration. A team cannot survive on the battlefield if its leader doesn't understand the psychological drivers and philosophy of resource management.

This episode made me warm up to Merry a lot. She’s not cold for no reason and it shows. The team slowly trying to understand her feels real. Not flashy, but the character growth is solid.

The tension between the group and Mary reaches a breaking point, but the shift in perspective is masterfully handled. It’s a powerful exploration of how grief manifests differently for everyone.
