EPISODE CONTEXT
As the twelfth and final episode, this is the culmination of every hard-won lesson and devastating loss the party has endured since they arrived in Grimgar with nothing — no memories, no skills, no safety net. Episode 11 left the group in a perilous situation, and this finale directly addresses that aftermath while bringing closure to their first chapter of survival. It also leaves enough threads open to suggest the journey is far from over, even as this particular story reaches its emotional resolution.
