This episode is a bridge, It's not the most exciting episode, but it's necessary. The show has spent 10 episodes building toward this confrontation, and now the characters are finally where they need to be. The bath scene is pure Grenadier shameless, consistent, and honestly kind of endearing at this point. And Yajiro sneaking into the castle sets up the next episode perfectly.
