Meh episode, I really liked that we got to meet Luis and see what he's going through, and that he has a past we have yet to uncover. Sam is a piece of crap, but I'm beginning to think that Clark hasn't been in on all of Sam's evil deeds and he might not be too bad a guy.

Makoto's infiltration impresses! Underground casino feels expertly planned. Lewis's backstory adds weight. Sam's skepticism creates tension. Con complexity escalating expertly. Pacing is great with emotions. Visuals are good as hell.

the emotional weight in this episode was heavy. watching abby's past unfold while she tried to hold it together in the cockpit? the tension was suffocating. the way the show handled her trauma without over-explaining was powerful. 💔
