I love the premise of this anime. In an era oversaturated with high school settings, it’s refreshing to see one set in college. The characters are introduced well, and even in the first episode, we can already have a glimpse of depth in the MC’s character.

Episode Context

As episode 1 of 24, 'Spring Time' is purely foundational, it introduces the core trio of Banri, Mitsuo, and Kouko, establishes the college setting, and sets the emotional baseline for a drama-romance that will deepen considerably. No prior context is needed; this is the starting line. The next episode, 'Lonely Girl,' begins peeling back character layers and exploring the relationship dynamics only hinted at here.
