Goblin Slayer is a show that will change one's perspective of goblins. Compared to other media, goblins here are shown to be more detestable rather than just lowbie enemies. This movie has the same formula as the series. However, unlike in the series, the adventurer they saved here does not have a bigger role but more of just a victim that they mentally damaged. Still, it is quite a satisfying watch.

The first 25mins is a S1 recap, can skip. I’d recommend it mainly for the story (new character). The animation is decent, but the final battle isn’t as satisfying compared to S1’s. Overall, above average movie, treat it like an interlude between S1 and S2.

We finally get a change of scenery with the snowy mountain setting, which totally shifts the combat vibe.
A very typical storyline of Goblin Slayer series. If you are a Goblin Slayer fan, you can give it a go, otherwise I think it is okay if it's a miss.
