St. Gloriana Under Siege
A massive typhoon descends upon St. Gloriana Girls' Academy, painting the sky with ominous clouds. Darjeeling and Orange Pekoe observe the approaching storm with a quiet calm, noting its scale. Meanwhile, Rosehip battles the fierce winds outside, her struggle a comical counterpoint to Darjeeling's elegance. The school prepares for the inevitable blackout, the flickering lights and drumming rain setting a tense stage.
Power Outage Protocol
The lights fail, plunging the school into chaos as students huddle in the dark. Rosehip grumbles, while Assam quickly brings order with a flashlight, emergency soufflés, and a trove of mobile batteries. Her foresight earns Darjeeling's praise, but a communal charging session soon drains their emergency reserves. Assam's horror at the collective misuse of power is palpable, a practical mind undone by collective shortsightedness.
The Lightning Experiment
By candlelight, Darjeeling muses aloud about a tank attracting lightning, her curiosity sparking a dangerous idea. A mechanical rumble cuts through the storm, leading the girls to the window where a Crusader tank's headlight cuts through the dark. To their horror, Rosehip is at the controls, driving into the open, inviting a lightning strike. A blinding flash illuminates the schoolyard as the tank is hit directly.
Post-Storm Reflection
The Crusader is scorched but Rosehip emerges, proclaiming the experience "Dynamic!" and "Thrilling!" Back inside, a school announcement confirms an overnight stay, which Darjeeling turns into an excuse for more tea and camaraderie. The storm passes by morning, and Rosehip bounds outside, only to have her spirits dampened by a damage report for her fried tank. The segment closes with a return to normalcy, albeit an expensive one for Rosehip.
Kuromorimine's Holiday
The scene shifts dramatically to a sunny water park, a stark contrast to the earlier typhoon. Erika Itsumi and Maho Nishizumi attempt relaxation, but Erika struggles with inactivity, viewing it as a waste of time. Her military instincts kick in when a girl splashes water nearby. She lectures the bewildered student on decorum, maintaining her stern persona even in a leopard-print bikini.
Awkward Encounters
The peace is shattered by the appearance of Miho Nishizumi and the Ooarai team, creating an immediate, awkward standoff. The girls, all in swimsuits, struggle to navigate the casual social encounter. Erika tries to assert dominance but is hampered by her attire and the setting. Her paranoia then leads her to mistake a nearsighted girl for a spy, creating further comedic misunderstandings.
Unexpected Heroism
After an accidental push into the pool, Erika challenges everyone to a race, asserting her athletic superiority. Later, she impresses Maho with her carefully prepared seafood curry, leading to a rare moment of genuine connection and tenderness between them. However, a sudden cry for help at the deep end immediately snaps both girls back into action. Their military training takes over as they efficiently rescue a drowning child, proving that their discipline serves a higher purpose.
Marie's Bonding Exercise
At BC Freedom High School, Ando and Oshida are embroiled in another petty argument, their factions glaring. Marie, bored with their constant bickering, intervenes with a mischievous glint in her eye. She handcuffs the two rivals together, declaring it a "bonding exercise" for the entire day. Ando and Oshida are horrified, their faces a picture of disbelief at their predicament.
The Daily Struggle
A montage showcases Ando and Oshida's excruciating day, tethered together. Eating, using a vending machine, and attending class become impossible feats, leading to spills and frustration. They struggle to open lockers, constantly bumping and bickering, their shared proximity pushing them to breaking point. Each failed attempt only deepens their mutual resentment.
Unlikely Teamwork
Exhausted and miserable, the girls are suddenly confronted by their own fans, who mistakenly believe they're in a secret relationship. The misunderstanding escalates into a baguette-fueled street brawl, forcing Ando and Oshida to fight back. Their handcuffs compel them to move as one, and they surprisingly perform a complex, coordinated combat dance. Their shared frustration morphs into effective teamwork, momentarily putting aside their differences.
Freedom and Defiance
After the fight, Ando and Oshida share a brief, unspoken moment of respect, acknowledging their surprising teamwork. However, the truce is short-lived. Marie meets them back at school, finally removing the handcuffs. When asked if they've bonded, both girls immediately shout "NO!" in unison and storm off in opposite directions. Marie, unfazed, takes another bite of cake, satisfied that at least they could agree on something.
Boco Sisters Anticipation
The scene shifts to the Boco Museum, where Miho Nishizumi and Alice Shimada eagerly await a special performance. The lights dim, and a spotlight announces the arrival of the "Boco Sisters." Both girls lean forward, excited to see their beloved characters on stage. They are completely unaware of the familial surprise awaiting them behind the curtain.
Sake and Sacrifice
A flashback reveals Shiho Nishizumi and Chiyo Shimada at the museum earlier, discussing tankery education. Offered local sake, they share a drink, their conversation becoming increasingly relaxed. Chiyo jokingly suggests they fill in for the absent "Boco Sisters" performers. Under the influence, Shiho doesn't immediately dismiss the idea, a rare lapse in her stern demeanor. Backstage, disoriented and in costume, they are pushed onto the stage as the music starts.
The Mortifying Performance
The "Boco Sisters" take the stage, revealed to be Miho and Alice's mothers in elaborate bear costumes. Shiho performs with a forced, intense smile, while Chiyo is more playfully disoriented. Their bizarre, high-energy pop number about love and tanks unfolds to a bewildered audience. Miho and Alice are frozen, utterly mortified, unable to tear their eyes away from the spectacle of their mothers as pop idols.
Aftermath and Realization
The performance reaches a crescendo, the mothers striking a final pose as the audience applauds. Exhausted, and the sake finally taking its toll, they collapse onto the stage. Later, Alice wakes in a hospital bed, recounting a "horrible dream" about their mothers as Boco idols to Miho. When the real Boco Sisters walk past, Alice lets out a silent, horrified scream as the truth dawns on her. The episode ends with the two girls bonding over their shared, traumatic embarrassment.
EPISODE REVIEWS

Action slows down and takes a breather in this episode. We get a bit of backstory on Miho for her reason for refusing to do senshado and both a training sequence and tease for the next school they're going up agaisnt.

I like the episode even if it is not as fast-paced as the previous one, this is more about the preparation of the team, and how they look to improve towards the future matches, looking for new tanks and practicing together, yet not boring or so.

Episode 7 menandai ketenangan sebelum badai—sebuah jeda yang dirancang cantik, memadukan kehangatan slice‑of‑life dengan ketegangan yang menanti pertandingan selanjutnya.
