I'm not sure what I should feel about this episode, only Gintama has the ability to make serious situations turned into comedic gold. Twists after twists, Elizabeth's groundbreaking performance just made my day 🗿. The character dynamics felt so natural. Overall a whopping 10/10 episode
I am honestly hooked by how the writers managed to turn a massive planetary invasion into a tense backroom political thriller. The plot moves away from the ground war to show us the brain of the enemy operation and it’s brilliant. On top of that, the dynamic between Katsura, Sakamoto, and the former Shogun Nobunobu is just fantastic to watch. HONESTLY~ if you keep watching the epsisode getting better and better it's heart pumping as we want to know how they gonna end this!
A chapter with more than one unexpected twist, a slow pace, many deep conversations and flashbacks, a very entertaining story full of references about size and whether or not it matters. Canon within the story.
