📖 SYNOPSIS

East Tokyo United (ETU), a football team in Japan's top league, is in dire straits, consistently battling to avoid relegation and losing the support of its fans. To turn things around, ETU brings in Tatsumi Takeshi as their new coach. Tatsumi, once a promising player for the team, left years ago but has since proven himself as a successful manager in England's lower divisions. Despite facing teams with superior budgets and talent, Tatsumi is renowned for his ability to achieve "Giant Killing" victories. The series follows Tatsumi's efforts to revitalize ETU, overcome their challenges, and hopefully bring the team back to its former glory. The core theme revolves around the underdog's struggle against more powerful opponents.
