This episode is actually a filler episode, but it’s still canon because it tries to adapt parts of the Shin Getter Robo manga without using flashbacks. Sadly, you can really tell that the quality of the character art is kind of low. But it’s still a good episode overall. I love seeing Shin Getter Robo in action.
