Kali ini kelompok stick menuju sebuah pemukiman yg dipimpin oleh sosok legendaris yaitu Colonel Jonathan. Pemukiman para tentara memberikan kontras yang menarik dengan dunia Mospeada yang biasanya penuh perjalanan dan ancaman. Untuk anime 80an episode ini berhasil balance kan aksi, drama dan tragedi dengan cukup baik.
